.. yes it is for beginners, and no shit it won't let you open reverseme.exe.
You have to reverse engineer it first and then it will open..

anyway the new 2.0 beta wont support download the 1.10 version

It lets us do changes to the client. Countless things. Changing how the game loads things, how it runs, etc.
