I think that's wrong. For example opcode 0x00 in packet type C1 (text message):
client->server: xor and twister
server->client: not crypted at all


I never saw any twister in direction server->client but I can be wrong, of course. If so, please give an example.

I still think you're wrong. I just carefully checked opcode 0xB1 (for moving from one server to another, e.g. Lorencia -> Loren Valley). It goes as C3 in both directions, and it's assigned to twister_40. So, first game server sends IP address, port and temporary password to client. I decrypted that using crypto++ alone (no twister!) and I got this:

Now, client sends "C3 46 XX B1 01..." to login into Loren Valley server. I decryped that using crypto++, twister and xor, and I got exactly the same temp pass.

So, all data in 0xB1 packet server->client was ok, without applying twister. Or did I miss something?
