I think that the case in Encoder.exe, because i have 2 version of this... Share your and what encoding u use?(ANSI/UTF-8)

Your .dll is fine, it must be config file, maybe you use old encoder?
Use new encoder (877 kb size)

hm, so ok my source good and im using uptodate Encoder... but with ansi/utf-8 and unicode big endian main.exe dont start =/ with unicode main start, but no option -_-

Please send your config and your encoder :/ i dont know what wrong, because all good -_-

Damn it... delete all and save to txt with this only text without empty line:

Ok, bug with Dark Side i fix with Skill.bmd/Skill.txt (Added Coldown), but it not an option...need to be release re-write DarkSide Skill....

Found bug with Monster.txt, some monster missed... Maybe i release my Monster.txt with correct all monster (like webzen and useful for viewing/editing monstersetbase.txt)

ENG: the problem is that I sometimes crash the game server, I would not have known which way to look ... even with the standard files with updates ...

Reinstall your windows. Try With official repack of W7x64 with all updates included + programm and drivers
Попробуй переустановить виндувс на официальный репак W7x64, после этого установи все обновления + программы + драйвера.

unfortunately there is no way to install windows 7 (
Hosting provides only windows server 2008 r2.
the strange thing is that the other server is working well.

К сожалению нет возможности установить Win7(
хостинг предоставляет только Windows Server 2008R2.
странно то, что другие сервера работают хорошо, а с этим проблема.
