Discovered how the effects work
Using the Source of DarkSim discovered that the ID of the Effect of Wing Level 3 MG
The effects are made in OZT OZJ and Main.
As shown in the picture below, we can see what is really working in OZT and OZJ of Items

These offsets Main 1.03K (1:03:11)
is the effect level of the wing 3 MG
