Moving away from your childish argues, I need a little help with some packets.

(G->C) C1 0C F9 01 01 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 -> opens the window of Elf NPC (thanks ToMMeG)
There you have two options: receive buff (C->G: C1 04 F6 31), or open the quest window (C->G: C1 04 F6 30)

The quest dialogues (I think) are all 9-byte packets like this:
C1 09 F6 0B XX 00 YY 00 ZZ, where XX is the subquest, YY is the quest and ZZ is the option you choose. Correct me if I'm wrong.

Also, there are some packets like C1 09 F6 0A XX XX XX XX XX, which I can't actually understand. My guess is that's the window with the selection of the quests (when you click the Elf NPC)

There are also 8-byte packets: (C->G)
C1 08 F6 0D XX 00 YY 00, where XX is the subquest, YY the quest. These are for accepting the quest (pushing the OK button)
C1 08 F6 0F XX 00 YY 00, where XX is the subquest, YY the quest. These are for canceling the quest within the 'T' window.
C1 08 F6 1B XX 00 YY 00, where XX is the subquest, YY the quest. These are for showing the details of the quest in the 'T' window (not sure if they are needed for anyting).

I haven't figured out which packets show the rewards. If someone can help me (us), please do. :)
I cannot guarantee that this info is 100% correct. Just my research.

BB, CC - subquest (2 bytes)
DD, EE - quest (2 bytes)
FF, FF - ??? (npcid or smth, i have 257)

size is not constant, if you have two quests available, you will receive packet like this:

XX - subcode (0C - in elf buffer. 1B - in T window)

ZZ ZZ - quest
AA AA - ??? (npc id? i have 257, 257 is id of elf buffer 0o)
BB - unknown, always 0?
RR - 24 bytes * 5 with requirement info (5 requirements?)
ZZ - 22 bytes * 5 with reward info (5 rewards?)
