How do I partake in this project?
Not only would I like to get involved but I would also like to donate to this project and help promote it in due time.
I am a huge fan of the retro games and this is the most exciting thing I've come across in years.
Please get back to me bro... either here or private message.
I'm very impressed with this...
ps: I have skills with cubase and MIDI tracks... maybe I can make some retro music soundtrack for your version of MU.
Anyways, let me know bro :)
This looks awesome!!! Realy! If you wan't help, better to start some github repo, or something like this. Idea is awesome. Wann'a help, but don't know how I can. Maybe KingLord is right, and we can make donate :D
P.s. will it be open/close sourced?
Language? C++, C#, Java?
directx, opengl, software renderer?
@GM-Andromeda c++ sfml
@SmallHabbit completely closed source but developers are welcome to create emulations.
@KingLordMaster cheers mate! when the beta comes out I'll create a kickstarter page. how much funding is required depends on what will be needed. on top of my head I can think of the server cost (only a small one).
Here's a small demonstration of the working inventory:

Ok, but if there's no one in team working on the music soundtrack, and you're not intending to make it yourself, please choose me as the official music guy for this project, and I will start to work on this as soon as possible.
I will PM to you my Steam ID, Skype and Yahoo Messenger so that we can talk more.

Loco, what did you have in mind for the background music.
8bit style soundtrack? 16bit? or should I just go semi-modern like that song you used for your last post's demonstration video.
Its up to you... personally I think 16bit would work well... 8bit is more atari-style appropriate but come on, lets be honest, it tends to sound rather shit. 16bit, like the super nintendo had, can have a nice, quality retro music feel to it. Anyways, those are my thoughts.
Let me know what I should go for and I will get to it soon....
By the way, if you need help with website, photoshop and perhaps even some of the item design conversions, let me know and I will see what I can offer effective help with.
Peace bro, talk to you soon.
