FeN$X put a base, give a source, what more do you need?
You want a full-fledged project, please, download the source code and continue development this server.

Re: Valkyrie Project: VeMU
I've started rewriting the CS in assemby, also added a new way of authenticating the GS to CS, OS and other internal clients. It will check if GS's IP matches with any IP from a list defined by the user(like DataServer's AllowedIpList) and also checking a serial defined by user.
Also I've ported the IOCP library to C++ and wrote a library for SQL(using ODBC) like the procedures in PHP(mysql_query() mysql_fetch_array() this is an example not only for MySQL)

Nice blu, now all internals are in ASM, try to use the librarys has an example for how use in fast creation of internal clients.
Also if you porting VeMU library, license it under the VeMU project please, so there can be multiple langs of the same library.
Take care bro.

Re: Valkyrie Project: VeMU
Yes it is, but I've had two weeks of holiday in Turkey so I couldn't work. Also I don't update the thread because I want Fenix to test what has been done to know for sure that it works as I am still a beginner in assembly.

Re: Valkyrie Project: VeMU
Here is a preview of VeMU future source code:
Code:
- More "clear" sintax of MASM source code
- Added thons of more commentaries
Download example of item class source code on new sintax
http://www.valkyrieproject.org/assets/VeMU-CItem.rar
Download full internal connection of VeMU project, usefull for any coder that want to see optimised code + structured source code.
IOCP, Packet Parser, Protocol Cores & Enc/Dec included
http://www.valkyrieproject.org/asset...onnections.rar
Project is back when i end some company stuff and end some other high priority projects.
Take care all. :thumbup1:

Haha. Just as I thought. Shame though, this was really epic stuff. Hope he comes back and continues, even though not many people here deserve this from him, including myself.

Re: Valkyrie Project: VeMU
This is a unique project , well made and organised, you should continue it Fenix
Re: Valkyrie Project: VeMU
It's a lot easy now to continue this project with all the code released, and make an emulator, the man done his part and if we learn from this, we can build this emu, but no point doing that, Mu is an boring game and lots of the players change Mu to an better game (Aion , League of Legends, etc).

Aion looks great (was also terribly fun to play at first) but its full of grinding and requires to take up at leats 50% of your time and life to play properly because its so addictive, huge and competitive and you must pay to play (except private servers).
What I'm saying is, the MU fans and players will always love and play the game.
Other MMO gamers might not like it anymore and move on to other, stupid online games. That's their choice, and that's there problem. Not mine.
Re: Valkyrie Project: VeMU
I still need to recovery my another account theunknownguy... I still mail mental and no response
