about the tool posted,im not sure how to use it but it might be related to the osp files as it is stated there. But i wonder what went wrong because it just stopped there during the compression or conversion process?

It extracts all wav & ogg without compression. I mean 1 wav file can be 2-3 mb, while the ojm is only 10 mb.
