What the title says. A viewer for Pangya's UCC files used by the self-design feature.
Also allows you to do crazy things like exporting the graphics to PNG, editing them, importing them again and saving them as a UCC file again.
Contains a tasteless example of something I'd never wear ingame.
*Edit: I've fixed the bug paderox reported regarding finalized UCC files. If you've downloaded the program prior to this update, you'll have to re-download if you want to tinker with finalized designs.

Heyllow, It's really interesting to see ppl create other tools than cheat tools, or leaks officials.
I worked on this tool when ucc was born, but not released, because it wasn't really usefull for ppl. And one was created in Japan too.
questions :
can you add a drag n drop for making some actions faster!?
Icon file seem be missing in your sample, there is a part in your program for it?
and for finish, you seem use an alpha. I never saw alpha on any official Pangya version is it normal?
if your sample is loaded by official Pangya it will be loaded?

I hope you haven't found cheat tools in this forum. Feel free to report them because RaGEZONE doesn't allow cheating. I really enjoy working on the inner parts of the game, but I digress...
I could add drag & drop handlers and support for icon operations. Icons are handled internally, just not being displayed in the UI or exported/imported as PNGs. No big problems to implement those things. Now the question is whether to allow people to create their own icon or just auto-generate one from the front... Hmmm :)
Now for the more interesting part of the question...
Alpha channel is only used for temp designs (which is correct, have a look at the temp's color definition, it's 4 byte long as opposed to the final's 3 byte) and PNG export/import. When I save finalized designs the excess byte for the alpha channel I have from the PNG gets dropped and is not being written to back the UCC file. Therefore there shouldn't be any problem in the implementation or practical use of this.
My bundled sample is a temp design (I was too lazy to attach a final design as well, I'll take note of that and add one for the next update).
