server S8 server Release SRV2

I'm using PangyaUS_851 and RELEASE SRV2 but error with "string load failed." when I launch the ProjectLocal.exe.
Also PangYa_JP_977 doesn't work.

How can I solve them?

server was based in USA, not JP.
each server has a different way of login and game
