I have work at encrypt/decrypt updatelist... But Pangya_th.iff is closly same so ...

Because some people like Top01 have ask me to do ... i do it xD

So i will post you the Decrypt And Encrypt for thai iff :) (work with s8)

How using this :
Just drag and drop the Iff Thai (encrypt or decrypt) to the exe icon , and it's ok :)
