Check if GameStringTable.dat exists in Data\Language\Kor?\dat folder.
Or, this file may be corrupted.

You can find it among the files you receive.
I don't know where your files come from or whether the files are compressed.:/:
If it is a compressed file, open the compression program and check.
And check if the above file exists.
