Try to close your ANTI VIRUS then copy again from Rar files....

hello sir can you reupload the > IR-II-IP IRan ILauncher Launcher and MiniA.exe.iup? because i already turn off my all anti virus and i try to re-downloaded, and after i downloaded i try to extract in new folder. cant see the IR-II-IP IRan ILauncher Launcher and MiniA.exe and the needed MiniA.iup to make a new Launcher
Try to run your MiniA.exe in parameter. Or try to make your own launcher
