the best method to prevent ddos is prevent to reach the server, that is mean you need place some hardware firewall in front of your server, and better if you have collocation server, and firewall managed by ISP

btw, take a look source code closely, and change whatever need, because if you use as is, you will depend on host that you can not control

Combination of Hardware and Software Firewall are needed to secure the machines from attacks. Host will do the mitigation for huge attacks and the software firewall will do the filtering of the excess small attacks. It will be the user who will use this that could say if its effective or not.

thats why bypass method are dangerous :)) even with software/hardware based protection. so its all up to their provider to migrate those attack if they could.

ha..ha..ha...supposed I am kid, but I can prevent DDOS, SYN FLOOD, ARP POISONING and all other type attack (almos all, if new attack pattern come, AI will handle) with hot coffee and watching movie

the other guy wont get it and really confident that the server can be fully protected again's attacks using this file :)) well. just don't tell them anything about attack method etc from now on and let their servers burn and make them realise they made a mistake of saying that they can protect their host againts ___ method etc. anyway have a great day at least someone know something about this unlike the other guy who argue and confident about him self :)
