Go to Htdocs > img > common
Look for bg_head.png replace that with your own Logo.

Easy way to do so without editing the PHP is
create your own logo and name it bg_head.png
and put in htdocs> img > common

Double Check config.inc.php make sure your DB username and pass is correct.

what is the specific error in Admin Panel.
to connect the Admin Panel to your SQL you need to configure the web.config.php
can be found in HTDCOS> web.config.php

The proper address would be
localhost/menage/admin.php

The Index.php error page is designed to protect you from Directory Listing
do not remove it unless you set up proper directory listing protection using .htacess

in the Rannews Database.
Make sure your Rannews Account is the same User in your Web.config.php
