Connection with SQL Server failed! Error #119 

My SQL connection seem ok.. I can run my server without problem.

you should Replace the file name ntwdblib.dll much better use xampp version 1.6.6 or xampp 1.6.7 and replace file name ntwdblib.dll ff:
C:\xampp\apache\bin\
C:\xampp\php
C:\windows\system32


PS.
IIS also can run that Panel too

I already try updating the ntwdblib.dll still I get Error #119.
Which might be possible that my Xampp unable to connect to MSSQL DB.
