use I-bugz Database, and for Agentserver error Pick or download any ep9 Glogicserver. Als files here are already removed that's why you encounter Agent Server error

The reason is your using old version of microsoft sql server. I hope i help . Kindly restore your datebase ung microsoft sql server 2008 or higher.
