Any of you doesn't connect GMTOOLs.exe "Error Open User Database"

I already tried localhost, my IP, MySQL instance. But still same result.
I'm using mysql 2014 I also tried in mysql 2008 r2. Still doen't work. :)

I already did this. maybe because I still using default port 1433. Try to change may port #. Thank you anyway.
