not sure, try moving the element upwards in the .dds file (about 1-2 px)

send me your dds interface + gui folder. i will recode it
or u can follow my step
1. open data/gui/uiiinnercfg03.xml by notepad c++
2. find the code BASIC_LEVEL_DISPLAY
3. replace the name of dds : interface_mainxx.dds by my dds interface_main_1.dds
4.save it . add my dds to Textures/gui/ then join game for test it
