just change the database name .
after you restore on sql. change the name . and change the web database name on settings.php
then, the accout on admin panel.
open Web Database > dbo.settings > Open Table and you will see.

@Mark Lopez, sir do you mean i should restore the glacierpanel.bak on my RanShop database? w/c is i think i already did but i am somehow confused on this part that you mentioned. "after you restore on sql. change the name " what and where?
and also another thing sir about my SS, what am i missing? i think the website is not fully loaded. What do i need to do? thank you so much sir, I appreciate your response. .
