Ran Online Launcher 2021 with Autopatch [Updated]

- Fixed intro video was muted by default.
- Fixes a few more Chinese word not being replaceable from the last update.
- Fixed update window's image slider allow to be dragged into the main window cause glitches.
- Improved unpack patch file speed.
- Improved iFrame location and sizes.
- RAN logo has been separated from the main window.
- Updater will now display download speed and last unpacked files.
- Added Local Html support.
- New EP10 GUI Interface. (Old GUI can be found in Optional folder)
- New updater progress bar style.
- Added a fallback to use bg.jpg in case of player's IE browser version doesn't support <video> tag. (Only occurred on Windows XP, Windows 7 Starter using IE6)

- Added full English support. (Update module)
- Improved background video looping, will skip the first 15 seconds.
- Added Local Html support.

- Window Mode
- News Window

- GameGuard DLL Injection
- Fully Customize-able (with Config file inside Launcher folder)
- Background Video now also support (Jpeg, Bmp, Gif, Png, Avi, Mpeg, Mkv, Rm, Rmvb, ~~~)

i also use that GameGuard on my server too but some of function/detectors of my GameGuard can't be release on public

i think this platform is build for x64 bit

@TS i think better if you build it with 32bit so that even 64 bit can run your launcher/program
