Here is the Ran Tool Shared by Juver on our Fb Group. Just want to show off and share this tool here in RZ before someone go and sell this.(Shame on their Dollar Faces).

@ALL, this is a tool for editing rcc files. It is considered as a universal tool :3. So better try it.
@momongpogs, yes it is, and it does not matter if your client is binaries or data types. what matter most in this tool is the version of your cps's abl's and etc.

Even ran ph can read all the files using this little tool. So, don't ask anyone which compatible client works for this released stuff. Try it first before asking!

This tool save abf file to version 1A ,it's not compatible for my server and client . Please share server files tools and game exe.

Oh...I noticed that this tool can only read the latest rcc files (abl, abf, chf, cps, vcf, vps, cfg) and the old ones. I mean it can only read the version 10 and 11 rcc files. For the older version, you can still use the old tools :)
