yes, you need to patch your client param every time ip changes. or, you could find a launcher that detects your ip and change the param everytime before trying to connect.

Thanks I thought i could scape my high static ip bills with this program. Anyway its a very nice and useful program server side. Hope someone here can come up of a Launcher that auto detects ip changes so I can downgrade to dynamic with lower costs.

Well, i've come up with an idea for this problem and by this i mean i actually have a solution. I will be creating a launcher soon for this problem. But i don't know when i will be creating it since i don't have the time to do it.

But for anybody who wanna create a launcher, considering storing a template param inside your launcher and use it to generate a connection and replace the old param. Well, this is my only idea since no one is helping me with the param encryption for ep4.

Oh, btw it's really easy to make an auto detect ip launcher: (dunno if this help)
vb programmer: Just use the winsock control for vb6 or net socket for vb.net to try and connect to a hostname for the ran server and convert it to ip-address (winsock and net socket does have this conversion function)
c++ programmer: winsock 2.0 is a bit long-coding but with one of its function, it can also convert from hostname to ip.

If someone can help me with the param encryption, the param can be change directly on time without need to generate using template file right?

If my idea works, this will help many people with dynamic ip.

use the ip that detects ran ip in param!

I used my LAN IP on the param..
You also need to change the

to your LAN IP. Leave the 127.0.0.1 alone
