it was my experience, i have a problem as yours before, and in my case, i used the game.exe that not compatible with the server files and got those problem.
that's why i comment you with :
make sure you use the server files and game.exe with the same release
why i cant extract the client file format corrupt or damage? i raname it to .7zip but not work
