You can use Bossran Admin panel , i forgot the link but i know its somewhere in release section.

Go to Htdocs > web.config.php
Find this code in Line 30

$_config['admins'] = array('IAM'); // <- Replace IAM with your desired username.


Now go to Your MSQL > Rannews > Tables > dbo.Accounts

in the Column " AdminName " put IAM <-- thats your username
and of course in column "pwd" put what ever password you want.
