updated.,this old rancp not support MD5hash and no SQL injection and securities., im sorry for that, this file is almost 4 years, only Nhed and me who release Ran control panel. 4 or 5 years ago.^_^

How To Install

1. Extract the Rancp to your htdocs
2. Open your htdocs and find config.php
3. Open the config.php and put your SQL Id,Password And IP -Done
4. Open The php.rar and extract it to C:\
5. Copy The Php.ini Located @ C:\PHP and PASTE It To
C:\Windows
6. Copy The iconv.exe and iconv.dll Located @ C:\PHP\bin And Paste it To C:\WINDOWS\system32
7. Now Test It If Working . http://localhost

How To Change The Link Of voting System

1. Open The Config.php Located @ your Htdocs
2. And change this FF: to your link
