compilation result is not normal and you should have atleast 80 successful compilation.
for your cache, this is related to your database as it is looking for a function inside the database of "ItemLogInsert"

Recheck your RanLog and make sure you have that. If not, do a clean restore database again.

I created an account in SQL > GSUserInfo > Usertype 32 = Failed to login and it shows this error in AgentServer.
