The problem I see with your config is that you are not entering the correct Data Source. As you can see here: Imgur
The format should be:
PHP:<DATASOURCE>MACHINENAME\SQLSERVERNAME</DATASOURCE>
Here's mine:

Please double check all your CFG xml.
