i try to merge encrypt tool to able to encrypt files such as rcc and others but no luck always bugtrap. anything i forgot?

This is from the latest files of Playpark Ran GS which some server owners who has that is claiming they did something on the source file and doesn't want to share the client so they encrypted their game client.

I mean even if they did something on the source, it is still basically the files of Min Communications and no one has the right to claim it as they own the game client unless they have the publishing license from the Game Developer..
