    it's for source code not on exe or version of the game, if you can code you'll know this

    For higher upgrade glow ,, just subtract 4 to the upgrade value
    For Example:
    +30 = m_OpLEVEL[26]
    +40 = m_OpLEVEL[36]
    So on..
