Yup thats true. But you will see the difference between the hex value into a .dds file..

dds editing and hexing cps
should be match or fit to make
your item in much wonderful effects!

fine the effect ing cps then edit the dds then just rename the dds effect in cps

just edit the dds then rename the flow

you can edit that file using photoshop
