You need to change the IP of the server files in order for it to run in your PC.
i edit it with my lan ip and i try with my router ip but same
You haven't properly edit it. Count the Number of IP's inside the server file. If it's 10 Digits and your Lan IP is only 8 then start hexing in the 1st Number and then the 2 remaining digits just needs to be replaced by 00 code.
