Items sent with the !item command ends up with the Kafra. She's got an event reward icon. Click on it and you'll be able to reclaim given items.

i managed to fix this like a week ago...at the time i asked this there was no fix for the event button yet...

like chiosin2 said before, this thread is way beyond fixed...stop reviving it.
