Most people have moved on to using the Emulator RO2 Saga Revised nowadays. You probably should too. Search the help threads, I'm sure there are a couple links to it in there.

Suggest an alternative. Don't come in here just to contradict me without something better to suggest.
That was just a question, i'm looking to run a server for myself. That's why i asked if official sources aren't used or these rev files are better than that
Well, honestly, I can't answer for fans of the game. My personal opinion as a developer, is that an emulator is always the better option because you can expand it.
