You ... already got your answer in that thread, if you want a "translated" client you are ONLY going to get SOME of the game translated with any client floating around, which I also already told you... mnlust.net

If you can figure out how to modify the .dat, .fkp and .pak files then you can translated the entire game if you want. There are no "tools" or "programs" you can find as they were all in-house encrypted packages and it took me and my dev quite a while to piece enough together to write our own decrypter/converter/extractors for those and the .rmp and UT files but without modding the core.dll/core.u and engine.dll/engine.u no editor can read all mesh, animation and other changes for maps.
