[FOR ALL NEWCOMERS] How to ask a question and get an answer.

Hey there,

many people post questions in the help section and get stupid answers. Why?
Most active helpers in this forum are bored coz of less respect and intelligence.

There are some unwritten rules:

1. use the search section before you open any thread in the help section
2. try to solve the problem on your own
3. try to find similar problems and use an analog solution
4. try to ask your friends.
5. Opening a thread:

• detailed description of your problem
• what you did last (before the described bug appeared)
• what you already tried to solve it

If you hold in these rules I'm sure you will get a proper answer.

If you show someone that you are willing to learn and not just fix it and ask again if it appears again, people will help you!

Some people came to me already like: "dont explain, come teamviewer and fix it please its faster" I'm just like.. wtf and next time i ve to do it again? and then again?

LEARNING BY DOING... thats it.

That was good rules for the people that keep does posts searching about things Which already exists here . That they just didn't wasted time to search on their own =D

How about we make a usefull FAQ?
I mean with error codes, tutorials etc.. So the spamm can be reduced(or well, the same people will still spamm but new people won't do that D:)

You can slam a pop-up into their faces every time they load/reload a page and they still wouldn't read it.
Nice idea tho :P
