I think if people are able to get there kosp/kocp working, they will also be able to get a serial since that is piece of cake.
I also had a problem with the serial didnt get accepted, but that was because the release on the forum was an older version that was needed. Update_Final_R10_3_55_145_941 is released, but you need Update_Final_R10_3_55_146_948.
