Nice for your first layout.
The download is worth waiting for.
Only thing, maybe on your second layout, I recommend you that never ever use the GIF Image which says "Click to enter" because sometimes it bothers a lot of people and sometimes at makes PC Lag. Also try making the Navigating Bar on the top, before all. Haha wish I was good as you, I can't even put text over the image except by editing the image and adding text. Just ignore those negative comments, they just wanna spam your thread.

Cleanliness : :thumbup: 10/10 (Nothing's dirty, it's all clean.)
HTML Coding : :thumbup: 8/10 (You may wanna put the navigator on the top with it's own content box. Remove the rotating GIF Image. Use the "Enter Hotel" button instead of the other one and move it lower.)
CSS Coding : :thumbup: 10/10 (Nothing's wrong with it.)
Images : :thumbup: 18/20 (I don't like the background. I recommend using the content box "Sticky" for your content.)
(If I'm gonna' rate it without my comments, it would be 9/10, good job!)
