Banner Change on Refresh

I saw that a few hotels were using this script on some Topsites so I decided to get it all together and release it for the RZ community.

How to use

Do not edit the rotate.php file unless you know what you are doing - This script automatically recognises the images that you place in the root folder and then will add them to the rotation automatically.

I actually had already coded this on my site. It changes the logo color on every refresh.
