I am new to the Ragezone community, so I thought I would start off by simply releasing a Christmas staff badge

It is very nice, simple but effective. You could make different colour hats for different ranks.

That's a very good idea, at the moment on my hotel I have different colour banners(the blue bit) for the different ranks, but I might change the colour of the hat to match the banner colour.
