Thanks for your comment Jooren, I did not make this but I surely think that it's better than all the other layouts that are currently being released here to be honest. Anyway your opinion is always appreciated so thank you!

Tell HabboMTV to work on the padding of the text inside the boxes a little bit more, it seems like the text is sticking to the sides of the box. He also can give it some more space to fill the page a little bit better. It also seems that the text inside the navigation bar isn't centered properly, he could work on that by using line-height instead of padding. The same applies to the footer. It's a decent release but it requires some work. It would be a nice template if he could apply the suggestions I made.
