[HTML/CSS] Nominal's PhoenixCMS 4.0 concept

I saw this design years ago and I was bored and decided to code it. I didin't do the sidebar because of some problems with screen resolutions. This template looks great on every kind of screen. Made purely with css (except habbo images).

In my opinion, I think it looks good, it could be improved.
The sidebar you said that you didn't do, was that for the navigation?
Overall I think you should create a whole CMS on this.
