Looks clean, I'd just say put a background on it and that's it.
I like that the owner can update users by way of maintenance.
Why not put some colors lighter? It looks like a funeral
Actually looks really nice in my opinion. Could be a bit more colorful though, black is nice for your eyes during the late hours, but it doesn't really look appealing.
