This is probably going to be one of my rare releases, but it's pretty nice. The only problem is there's some added blankspace at the top, but that's no big deal.

To Use This..
PhoenixCMS and PhoenixPHP:
1. Go to your website's root directory, on the computer, not in your web browser, after saving/downloading this image.
2. Go to /Public/Styles/Default/Images/
3. Drag this image from your Desktop/Downloads folder into the directory above
4. Replace hotel_view.GIF with this
5. Clear your cache
6. Go to your retro website
7. It should be there

I want it now!

I'm serious. I went to the SnowStorm group, downloaded the background, reformed it to be 720x431, and cleaned up the fcked parts.

:P And the party one I did myself, as well. Copied it from a retro using it on UberCMS, edited it so there was no blankspace at the top (Made it taller).

So, yeh. xD They're 85% Sulake for making the original copies, 15% me for formatting them and teaching you how to make them work in PhoenixCMS.
