ummm not to be mean but all you did was change the color of the hotel,and made that retro hotel by tools on paint... So 4/10 theres no problem with using ms paint.. its just u didnt really do anything that makes it better...

8/10... it looks dull the ground and the wordings should be bold because it looks like written by pencil but very good job though

For your first 8/10 keep trying and mabe make another 1 from scratch like some people do so try it i have before it worked out ok but never made it a cct and didnt release it cuz it was quite bad cuz i only have paint (damn)
