Not my style, but maybe with some changes could be amazing.
Honestly, it is pretty ugly.
I'm gonna use this. Its nice maybe could use a few changes and a register to go along with it. May release it with my pro cms theme.
What's anti.js? BTW put the ipbancheck after the include global.php in /htdocs/index.php for more security. Like this it won't really help.

Change fonts, and maybe the background picture and then it will look nice! And make it more symmetric or straight it out, it looks a bit out of line.

Mh, yeah..
The italic text is ugly, fonts are too big but it's not the baddest index i've ever seen. Maybe you don't need to use the italic text, too-big-fonts etc.

This is the simpliest index/register I've ever seen, so far. I can't say it's beautiful, but not awful either.
You need to work on the design more, learn to use margin and border-radius. And please, change the font, my eyes hurts. You must also spend more time on designing, and not coding.
But not THAT bad though, 3.5/10. I know you can do better than that.

Dont like it so much.
Your index show's alot about your hotel.
This index says: Im a starter hotel.
This will be nice for the beginning but if you get like 20+ on you need a proffessional index.
