It's a combo of the habbo Turkey index, the new index and some of his custom style.

Looks Dope. Get it coded. :) A suggestion, put content on the Login Page. Like News and Stuff. This would help hotels who are interested in Google AdSense.Otherwise they're rejected by google because it requires you to login to see it. :)
Have groups and profile home rooms. A 404 page would be good and use an amazing staff panel (CMS) like PulseASE (The one on RevCMS). Well i'd rate 9/10 for the design. The maintenance I dont kinda like it, Would look good if you centered the content box with sides dropping shaddows.
