[Request]Help with Updater

I notice that the patch file is downloaded correctly from the website but it does not update the data.saf/sah thus the above error and the patch files are at my shaiya client folder.

UpdateVersion.ini
[Version]
CheckVersion=3
UpdaterVersion=11
PatchFileVersion=11



Set this too:

UpdateVersion.ini
[Version]
CheckVersion=3
UpdaterVersion=10
PatchFileVersion=11


And show your patch file is: update.saf & update.sah includet in the ps00x.patch

Client (Version.ini)

CurrentVersion=112
StartUpdate=

WebServer (UpdateVersion.ini)

[Version]
CheckVersion=3
UpdaterVersion=18
PatchFileVersion=113

Paths (Webserver)
Shaiya/UpdateVersion.ini
Shaiya/patch/ps0113.patch

Check ur paths:

http://yourwebsite/Shaiya/patch/ps0113.patch

PS:
For next patch change only UpdateVersion.ini file (PatchFileVersion=114) + ps0114.patch (next patch)

For create XX.patch use ZIP
select update.sah and update.saf right click Send to -> Zip
Rename ur zip to XXX.patch file (XXX - ur number patch)

For edit updater (picture,button,icon,status bar) Use PE Explorer

check all files (web path)
create correct psXXXX.patch (zip format)

Site structure is in accordance with their tutorial. saf, and sah with zip. Is always the same error message.
What could be due

I fallowed the steps exactly but i get a stupid error "The url does not use a recognized protocol", anyone have any ideas?

Wow. I'm surprised that in 4 pages nobody has the same issue we've had o.o'

Our issue is this:

1: Run Updater
2: version.ini goes poof. Updater crashes
3. Replace version.ini
4. Repeat 1-3

Any idea on why it keeps eating our version.ini files? >.<
