Can someone plz post how to manually make a gm using Enterprise Manager ?
I tried to start admin_newversion but it doesent seems to work....i followed the guide posted before, but it doesent connect and the log show me this error:

And, i set it.
But, there is an error as showing in the photograph.
The file named errors was put here.

As you can see i used my WAN ip everywhere and i got a MS LoopBack Device running with that IP (i'm behind a router; forwarded 1-65535 TCP/UDP to me)

If you are behind a router (like me) you have to give ur LoopBack device your Internet IP (WAN IP) and use that in the configQuote:
