Off topic: Why Row EVO Closed its server?

ROW Evo closed due to hacking activities.
Firstly,they decided to block outside player from connect to their server (only indonesian able to connect).
Then after that their community growing weak and less player join their server.
I think thats how evo fall apart. Wew, what a waste of time, took so long to run the server.
But take few month to closed. Poor admin & poor player.

I use ROW-EVO files
Why I cant start RylGameServer and RylDBAgentServer?
They always crash after I click them.
But the old version didnt have that problem.
What should i do to make it run?
